After using Windows Mail for a number of months, today I find that I can no
longer reply to or forward email to any email address that uses a different
ISP than mine.
When I attempt to do so, here is the message I receive (Only the email
address was changed to protect my contact's privacy.

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Fw: Santa Fe',
Account: 'personal mail', Server: 'mail.roadrunner.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '550 relaying mail to wifi7.com is not allowed', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

If your email provider is Roadrunner, then you have to be connected to their
network (ie, be at home) in order to send email thru their server.
If you are connected to another network (ie, away from home) then you either
have to:
1. Use Roadrunner webmail
http://www.rr.com/webmailtransition/index.cfm?div_id=33

2. Add the email server for whatever network you are connected to.
3. Get a Gmail account, and use their server to send when you are away from
home.
