unable to remove spyware

there are four items in quarantine that cannot be removed
even though I check them to be removed.

Why can't they be removed?

Start MSAS > Click on Spyware scan or Bulls eye, right side > Take me
to "Quarantine" > Check spyware entry and remove permanently (at
bottom)
