Cannot permanently delete quarantined spyware

Cannot permanently remove quarantined spyware after
checking the appropriate boxes. What is the problem and
how can I permanently delete these quarantined items? If
anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it.

i get this ist problem evertime i turn the pc on as well?
delete than scan but it always coms back
