Unable to remove SEARCHCAR spyware

I have problems with the suspicious spyware named "SearchCar" installed in my
laptop.
And i am unable to remove it even after using windows defender and ad-aware.
Anyone able to help? Thanks in advance.

First remove all temporarily junk with HDCleaner

Right, the MSI cleanup utility sometimes has some side effects and should be
used as a last resort. If you use a version of Microsoft Office which is
covered by Office Update, you should check whether you are able to update via
that mechanism still.
