I am using XP-Pro NTFS
I am logged in as the Admin.
All the folders come up as Read only. I go to a folder remove the check in
the box
and it saves ok. But I reopen the same folder again & it come up as read
only checked
again. Cannot get rid of the damn thing . Seems so weird.

I tried to go to various places to set permissions. Nothing works.
