unable to print preview in interner explorer.

when i want to print preview a web page internet explorer
6 it does not happen, i get no error messages also when i
try to print and find on this page (tools - find) again
no errors just does not work, have tried microsoft
article number 329134, made no difference, also treid
reinstalling ie and service packs, any help please
