Unable to Print PDFs

When the user tries to print a PDF file from Adobe Reader, they are getting
the following errors:
First window: "A required resource cannot be located." (click ok)
Second window: "The instruction at " 0x77fccdee" referenced memory at
0xfffffff8". The memory could not be "read"" (click ok)
Third window: "The instruction at " 0x77fcca14" referenced memory at
0xfffffff8". The memory could not be "read"" (click ok)

Then Adobe Reader closes.

I can print just fine when logged on as administrator or as a different
user. As administrator, I have checked for spyware/malware and viruses,
uninstalled 6.0 and installed 7.0. No change for the original user. I'm
thinking something is corrupt in the original user's profile, but don't know
where to look.
W2K, Office 2000.

Any suggestions?

Looks like an application bug.

0xFFFFFFF8 is mostly generated from subtracting 8 from an NULL (empty)
pointer.
