unable to print federal form 940

When attempting to print any federal forms, the material
comes out scrambled and unreadable. I'm sure it's
probably a security setting, but am unable to figure it
out

Did you download the PDf versions, and if so do you have the Adobe Acrobat
Reader insatalled? If so, and printing through Acrobat looks like it's in
Greek, when you go to print click File, Print, and then check the box for
Print as Image.
