unable to post

I've only had 1 message posted to the various microsoft news groups out of
6. I'm hoping this one gets through. Any ideas why I can't seem to do a
post?
 
Check to make sure that from the VIEW drop-down menu>current view> Show All
messages is selected for each group you have posted in.

Sorry, but which drop-down menu in which program?

I prefer to use IE6.0SP1 for this on WinXPProSP2, and since some month do
not anymore get a new thread opened, just replied to existing ones.
