Unable to play Youtube videos anymore??????

All of a sudden, I cannot play Youtube videos. I have tried to look around
in some of the settings but did not find anything yet was causing them to b
blocked. I am asked to install the new adobe flash player but I have done
that several times with no success. I have several WinXP Home accounts set
up on my pc and Youtube plays in some but not all. Please help me figure
this out.
