Hi everyone

I provide help on this site from time to time but this
time I need help.
I'm running Windows 2000 and since the day I installed it
I was anable to play vcd's on my computer.I have tried
numerous types of media players but with no luck. I keep
getting the message that this file type is not supported.I
even tried to register the .dat extention, but it keeps on
saying that files with extention .dat are of type FT000001.

Anyone that can help?

Thanks
Anton

I'm not an expert, but VCD's are their own format. It could be the
VCD's you have are not of proper format. I did a Google on "vcd xp" and
found many hits which suggest some viewers are out there.
