unable to play links 2003!

Hi, just bought links 2003 to play on my sony vaio laptop. Ive succesfully
installed it, but as the game starts to show the intro to the game i get the
following message
"FAILED (0x80004002-WINERR-NO SUCH INTERFACE SUPPORTED)-

does anyone understand what this means or have any advice for me?

Do you have download managers (eg Download Express and/or GetRight)
installed on your PC?

Not that im aware of, is it something i can download? Ive just tried the
game again and the error message said "query interface(direct sound 3D
Buffer) is this linked or something else? Thanks for your help.

Hi nigelsouthway,

Visit the Sony website and download the latest drivers for your
laptop. Most laptops ship with only the most basic of drivers,
yet games such as Links 2003 require the most up to date ones.
