Unable to open the Outlook window

Have used Outlook on this computer. Uninstalled Outlook Connector. Tried to
reopen Outlook and received this fatal error message:

"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable toopen the Outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened."

Reinstalled Outlook, rebooted, same result.

Windows Vista Home Edition
Microsoft Outlook 2003

Any suggestions on how to get Outlook to work again?

Reinstalling won't help with configuration issues.
If you had a Hotmail account as your default account and you removed the
connector obviously you need to reconfigure Outlook with your new mail
account and a new delivery location. You can do this via Control Panel->
Mail.

No Hotmail on this outlook. I even reapplied SP1 for Office 2007. It just
won't launch! Just check Event Viewer: ID1000 "Faulting application
OUTLOOK.EXE, version 12.0.6212.1000, time stamp 0x46e03e45, faulting module
mspst32.dll, version 12.0.6211.1000, time stamp 0x46d4a823, exception code
0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0001c815, process id 0x1630, application start
time 0x01c90548cdd906a5."

At this point, I just want Outlook to start so I can reconfigure my mail
accounts. Where do I uninstall the Connector?
