Our company recently purchased an HP Pavilion a404x. I
installed Office 2000 and downloaded all the updates for
Office and Windows XP from Microsoft's web site. When I
try to open Outlook I get the following message, "Unable
to open your default e-mail folders. Could not open the
item. Try again." When I hit OK button the following
message then comes up, "Would you like to open your
default File System folder instead?" When I click No,
Outlook quits. When I click Yes a window comes up that is
Outlook and listed is all the available drives that are
on the computer (C:, D:, F:, etc). I have removed Office
2000 and reinstalled and the same messages come up.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Aaron
