unable to open my documents in /c backup..access denied

ANY HELP PLEASE..restored using f11 saved /c back up..now access
denied,using a system mechanic it can find all my docs so they are still
there,how can i access them?please anyone,have unreplacable photos of wife

Try searching "Help and Support" on the start menu. Search for "take
ownership" (no quotes) and see if that helps.
