Unable to open multiple IE windows.

I have recently been unable to open more than 2 consective popup links in
IE. Is there a setting I am unaware of that stops this from happening. I
am also unable to right-click on links and open them in a new window after I
open one. I can close out of of IE and it will be reset, but still unable
to open more than 2 windows with popup links or open in new window
selection. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
This doesn't sound like the typical "can't open a second window" situation.
Try these possible solutions:
Do you have a program running which is blocking pop-up windows?
Something like Yahoo Companion, Google toolbar, MSN toolbar, a firewall,
Earthlink (or another) pop-up blocker, etc.

You'll have to turn off the feature that's blocking new windows or, perhaps,
uninstall the program.

With some programs of this type, using Ctrl+click or Shift+click will allow
a new window.

Or... check for spyware/parasites. Work through the solutions (CWShredder,
Ad-aware, Spybot) at
