Unable to open MS WORD

Hello I am unable open any MS word document or open a new
document.I sometimes get a "system is dangerously low on
resources" or "winn.word error has occurred".Usally it
just freezes and I'm unabale to ctrl alt delete to close.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.thanks in advance

It seems to occur when we try to print either the entire
document or a specific page -- page 21 of a 70 page
document for example. And, it's always the same page that
Word stops printing at.
