Unable to open live website FP2003

I have FP2003 on my desk computer and laptop. I have lost the ability to
open a live website on my laptop. I don't have IIS running on it.
Something got changed, I just don't have any ideas where/why.

Try opening the site in IE, then Edit with FP.
