Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
and select a Restore Point that was created prior to the time the problem
became known.

Debbie,
On most of the Icons, one left click will highlight (select) that file then
you either have to right click and select open or do the same from the File
Menu on The Toolbar. Rather than all that, just double click the file/Icon.
This may sound silly if I misunderstand your problem statement so please
clarify.

Email the people that make the athlon chip and explain to them that
nothing works. Gee? I wonder if it could be because i bought a computer
with an athlon chip instead of a pentium chip?
