WHEN I GO INTO MY CONTROL PANEL,IT WONT LET ME ACCESS ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS
ANYMORE,I DID A RESTORE,NO HELP.I CLICK ON THJE ICON AND NOTHING HAPPENS.
HELP!!!

You need administrator previliges to access Add/Remove Programs. Did you log
in as an administrator of the system?

Please turn off Caps Lock - it makes reading the messages difficult.

If you type the following from Start>Run does the Add/Remove Programs screen
appear:

appwiz.cpl

--
