Unable to open Government Web Sites

Real quick, starting yesterday I am unable to open several
government sites. The sites are working fine, I'm able to
open them at home on Windows XP, however unable to open
them at my office with Windows 2000 using IP6.

Does anyone have a clue what I need to do?
