unable to open file

Please can anyone help,when using Photoshop 7 and I try
to open one of my photo folders in My Pictures I get the
following message. "The instruction at 0x77f580db
referenced memory at 0x0020006c.The memory could not be
written". Then Photoshop shuts down.I seem have trouble
only with this folder. I am using Windows XP home.

This error usually is indicative of a driver problem, in your situation it probably
is a video/graphics driver. Go to the manufacturer's web site and look around for an
updated driver.
