Unable to move folders to personal folders

Users got out of Hand with Mail on Exchanger Server
(V5.5). Set up Personal folders Under Outlook Client. When
attempting to drag & Drop or Import/Export as a *.pst from
server to local client get the following error:

Some Items could not be copied. They were either moved or
deleted, or access was denied.

Have checked permissions on public folder to insure
create/delete permissions. ALso attachments will not go in
mass with Drag & drop, same error.

Any Ideas? Thx.

Do I understand this correctly? The user had the mailbox on the Exchange
server, created a PST and is trying to drag/drop items from the Exchange
server folders (under Outlook Today) to the PST folders (under Personal
Folders), correct? When this is attempted, the user sees the error you
mention?

Try having the user create a new mail profile and see if the problem
persists.

same problem with moving muliple emails.
