unable to minimize active windows

XP home is the O/S. I am unable to minimize any
windows. This usually happens when I am on the
internet. I have spyhunter installed which removed
several parasites, but now I have this issue.

Hi,

Enable the firewall.
PErform the cleaning of the pc from spyware when u are not online.
enable the antivirus scanner and keep them upto date.
use spybot which is reliable and keeps away unwanted web trojans.
and as far as possible dont click on strange links or open strange mails if u are not sure what they are for.
