Unable to logon

Hello:

My daughters PC is part of our home network. Our PDC is a W2K Server. Our time server is (as recommended) a US Navy site.

All other workstations are working properly with the time server. My daughters WS was working fine until a few days ago. Local users do not have access to the network. Now, my daughters WS will not allow a network user to logon and generates the following message:

WINDOWS LOGON MESSAGE
"The current time on this computer and the current time on the network are different. For more information about date/time properties, see Help and Support. To log on, contact your system administrator."

Here's the kicker! She changed the local administrator password and forgot it! My domain user account is listed in her local admin group, but I get the same message when attempting to logon because I am attempting to logon to the network.

HELP!
