Unable to Logon

Greg

I did routine maintenance (scan disk & defrag) on my
system this morning. Uneventful except for a warning
message about "netlogon.exe" being corrupted. I re-booted
the machine and now I am unable to logon as either my
regular identity or Administrator. The message just keeps
asking me to re-type my password and check the spelling
etc. I tried in safe-mode with the same result. Any help
on this would be greatly appreciated as I need my system
desparately to get back to work.

Thank you,

Greg

Used the CD and boot into recovery console. Find Netlogon.exe and delete if
out of the system32. System file protection should replace it or you can go
through the recovery process to replace missing system files.
