Unable to login

After changing a computer to a workgroup instead of the
network, I rebooted a computer and have not been able to
get into it every since.

All passwords/usernames fail. Administrator, etc.

Basically, I need to be able to get around the password.

You can't get around the password! You'll have to ask your admin to add you
back to the domain or hack the security account database:

Unzip the file, burn the ISO (as image) to CD and boot with it - it's a
small Linux distro.
