the server could not log you on , because its
authentication scheme is NTLM and you are connecting to
it via a proxy server .try adding the server to the
exceptions box
Either:
o Add the server name to the Exceptions box in IE,
Tools, Internet Options, Connections, Lan Settings,
Advanced.
or
o Enable Basic Authentication on the Web server. If it
bothers you that this transmits passwords in
near-cler text, configure and use SSL.
