NTLM Authentication Error

After not having any trouble publishing to my web site for several years,
suddenly I get the NTLM Authentication Error and it will not publish. Has
anyone else had this error show up during publising, and what do you do about
it? I am using a proxy server to connect.

If nothing has changed on your end, I would recommend contacting your web
host.
