unable to log into the server

I have 4 computer in a small network and I can see them
on the workgoup and I'm able to log into three of them
except for one. When I try to loggin the password screen
shows up.
 
You are gonna need to proved the group with MUCH more
information. Let's start with what operating system is on
each machine, and what user accounts are enabled on each
machine????????????
