Unable to log in after deleting the WindowsSA folder

I delete the WindowsSA folder but forgetting to regedit the
registry...ending up my computer boots to the login screen. Once I log in
as user/adminstrator it logs out back to the login screen again. Changing
to safe mode does not help.

Any way to tackle the situation. Please help, please..

Hi

Have you tried 'Last Known Good Configuration' - on the same screen as Safe Mode?
