unable to locate steaming movie clips

hi,i'm using vista ultimate,i'm unable to locate streaming movie clip from
temp or temporary internet files after streaming ends....where actually the
movie clips is located....thanks

Hi,

On server ;-) streamming data is not downloaded same like webpages. Try to
find an software to storing streamming media e.g. GetASFStream.

Darn! I thought I was missing some of the subject's "steaming" movie clips
that should be in my Vista Ultimate, was excited I might find out where they
were, and am now very disappointed to find out it's only "streaming"
video.... ;-)

Hi,

thanks for ur reply.....but my previous xp pro os,store all flv file and
downloaded exe in the temporary internet files....but it seem that vista does
not work the same way....just wondering where all this files is
store....thanks

I think the "Protected Mode" In IE 7 either deletes the streaming video as
soon as its viewed, or stores it in a "hidden", protected folder, as it
should, for securitys sake.

What I do to grab a video, is to turn off IE protected mode, then visit the
site, then the file does show up in the cache, and I'm able to copy and save
from there.

Dont forget to turn protected mode back on for every day use. :)
