Unable to locate driver or device win32.sys

Would anyone care to help me with one of the problem that
I am currently having. Everytime user try to log into
their computer, A message saying:

Unable to find driver/device
C:\Winnt\SYSTEM32\win32k.sys

Once they have close that window, the computer reboots.
would anyone know or have come across with that problem
and know how to resolve it please email me back or post a
reply to my problem.

Did you check if the file exists?
