Unable to load device driver

when booting up I get the following
message '\systemRoot\system32\drivers\aspi32.sys device
driver could not be loaded. Error Status was 0xc0000020.
Can some one help
 
Hi Sal,

Do you have or did you have Roxio installed on the system? If it is
installed, try reinstalling the software.
