Hi all

Yesterday i disinstall adobe reader 5 and install adobe reader 7 instead.
The installation of the adobe reader 7 went perfectly well. However, I am
unable to launch/open this new adobe reader. I would appreciate to receive
any assistance.

Thanks in anticipation.

Didn't read or follow the instructions that came with the upgrade did you?
To upgrade Adobe Reader, you download Ver. 7 and install it OVERTOP
of previous edition, it is designed that way. It will not launch now for you
are missing many files. Try to do a Restore of your PC, back to version 5
and then install ver. 7 overtop.

if you downloaded the free reader from the adobe site, then simply install
all the adobe software you have. you can also delete the program files for
adobe readers too, then reboot. then do another download of the free reader
again.... (if you actually purchase adobe 5 which has an adobe print driver
which allows you to convert your documents from other programs into pdf
files, you should install adobe 5 in a seperate file and also install adobe 7
in a seperate directory too. they will work ok together..)

i meant to say in the prior msg "simply un install all of the adobe
software..." (sorry bouthat)
