Hello can anyone help please having problems installing
service pack . Can anyone help?

Hi Gordon,

Running into an error about the cryptographic service? See if this helps:
Open Windows Explorer to C:\Windows\system32, right-click/rename the
catroot2 folder to catold. Then retry the SP1 installation. When finished,
there will be a new catroot2 folder and you can safely delete the old
renamed one.

Also, as per the SP1 readme file, make sure you disable your antivirus
software before attempting to install the service pack.
