Unable to install Installshield Scripting Runtime

1. Originally two HD: C slave and D master.
2. C slave corrupted. Disconnected C slave. Reconfigure D
as single and it becomes C.
3. Window 2000 login error "No paging file or paging file
to small..." and loops login.
4. Booted from floppy and ran fdisk/MBR command, which
fixed login problem. Window 2000 runs OK, except ...
5. Now unable to install software. Error: Unable to
install InstallShield Scripting Runtime.

Please advise. Thank you.
