Unable to install games on my computer

Hi there, I tried to install MapleStory on my computer but there is an error
that says "internet explorer cannot download...apleSEA_MSSetup060927a.exe
from 203.144.132.11. The operation timed out"
Can you please explain to me about this problem, is it because due to my
system problem or the site problem?

Hello,

It is possible that the server is being overloaded and hence being unable to
send the file to you.

Try downloading from another server or downloading at off-peak hours.

You may want to use http://www.filemirrors.com to search for mirrors.
