Hi,
I am an user of MS Office 2003 and have the following issue
01. I am unable to insert a file into an outlook message as an embedded
item. I am only able to attach it as part of "attachments".
02. I have tried the following but still the problem continues
a. Selected “HTML†as the message format with MS Word as the email editor
b. Selected “rich text†as the message format with MS word as the email
editor
c. Selected “HTML†as the message format with MS word as the email editor
as well as email reader (second option under “Message Format†settings)
d. Selected “rich text†as the message format with MS word as the email
editor as well as email reader (second option under “Message Format†settings)
03. The problem occurs only when I try to insert a file as an embedded
object into a mail that I am responding to. If I compose a new mail, I am
able to do it.
04. I tried re-installing MS Office, did not help. My Windows 2000 OS is
updated as of today and so it MS Office.
What is the issue? How do I overcome this?
