Unable to get to proper screen after going into safe mode

I have tried going into safe mode and cannot get to the screen to detect what
is running, etc. It goes to signin screen, but everything freezes and the
mouse won't even work. What to do??????

You haven't given us enough information to get focused help. We don't
know anything about your computer, its recent history, its
virus/malware-status, etc. The problem you so briefly describe could be
caused by bad hardware, overheating, or software as in faulty drivers,
malware, and so on. We can't narrow down the cause(s) without knowing more.
