Unable to get renderer

I have one user who has suddenly begun receiving an error message stating
"unable to get renderer" when logging into Outlook web access. Anyone else
who tries to access Outlook web, while Windows is logged-in under his
profile, cannot open Outlook web either. If I log into his machine under
another user's name, Outlook web access works fine for everyone. Any hints
as to what is corrupted under his profile (and how I can fix it!)?

Try posting this to an Exchange group (microsoft.public.exchange.admin is
probably a good one) as Outlook Web Access is a part of Exchange, not Outlook.
