unable to generate reports

I use Access 2003 and when on a new computer with Vista I tried to run
it, everything works except reports. They are not generated nor
printed. My printer is HP LaserJet 1020.
Thanks for guidance.
 
I'd try downloading and installing the latest HP 1020 driver for Vista.

Unfortunately downloading the driver from HP did not do anything since
each time I tried to install it, the message came back, Installation
Failed.
