Unable to find a DC

I have a problem joining XP Pro/Service Pack2 workstations to 2003 domain. I
receive the following in the NetSetup.LOG:
"NetpDsGetDcName: Failed to find a DC in the specified domain : 0x54b"

Are you using this command HTTP://<servername>/connectcomputer

DNS problems are the most likely culprit. Does this computer specify only
the internal/AD-integrated DNS server in its IP properties?
