Unable to Expand the Folder (Outlook 2003)

I have added another user's mailbox to my Outlook tree. I can see it, but
when I click on it to try to view the Inbox (he has given me Reviewer rights
to his Inbox and all Inbox subfolders), I get: Unable to Expand the Folder.
These are the steps I took to add his mailbox -- please let me know if I
forgot anything:

1. Added his profile in Control Panel/Mail
2. In Outlook, went into Tools/E-mail Accounts. View or change existing
e-mail accounts/Next. Then clicked on Change/More Settings/Advanced.
Finally, I clicked on Add and added the name of the mailbox.

Can anyone help?
 
he has to give you reviewer rights on the "mailbox - <username>" folder in
order to do what you want to do.
 
Nope. What he will have to be carful of is when adding a new folder right
under "mailbox - <username>" is to visit the permissions tab to ensure it
doesn't inherit the new settings.
