I am trying to set up a dial up connection but when I run the wizard, the option is greyed out. I had an error message saying I had to install Dial-up networking but how do I go about this without reinstalling? Any help greatly appreciated. I am running Windows XP Professional on my laptop. Thanks

Ruth, I'm having a similar problem, as you've seen. I
don't know if this will work yet, but do take a look at
this Knowledge Base article:

Unavailable

Post back to let me know if this worked for you!

The "Workaround" procedure in the Knowledge Base article
that Ken references solved this problem for me. Thanks Ken!

Did you have any lick, Ruth?
