Unable to establish a Dial Up Network using my Modem.

After I configured home network, I wanted to configure the
dial up modem but the Net work wizard is greyed out.

The add section in the internet tools does not allow me to
do so nor can I acess it from anywhere else I get various
messages saying in effect I dont have authorisation to do
so or that Dial up net working is not installed.

I dont want to re-install Xp so what do I do? :huh:
