Unable to email photos from My Pictures Folder

I am unable to send photos from my "My Picures" folder.
When the pop up says "do you want to reduce the size of
the file", I click on yes and then nothing happens. I can
email the photos as attachments to an email, but some of
them are too large that way. I use Outlook Express as my
email manager.

Hi Frank. When you go through the motions of clicking on Send To, then mail recipient, and the popup appears asking you about resizing...are you online at the time? Just a thought. I just now went through the same procedure and when I clicked on yes, the Outlook Express outgoing email page opened, showing a photo as an attachment. Regards
