Unable to email messages with attachments

I use Office 2007, with Vista platform. I have not been able to send messages
with attachments bigger than 1MB. Text messages with small files can be sent.
An error message tells me to sort it out with my IP. I have no problems with
my IP.

IP or ISP? What is the maximum message size your ISP will allow you to
send? Have you disabled an AV integration with Outlook? If not, do so,
reboot and try again.

Oh, an "error message" said something. Is it a secret error message for
your eyes only?
