Unable to Drag & Drop email/attachments

I was able to drag and drop email's/attachments to desktop/folders, but now
the drag and drop feature won't work. Is there a setting somewhere to turn
on the drag and drop feature?

What mail account type are you using?
Does size of the message make a difference?
Does it work when you store it to a location other then your Desktop?
Does it work when you logon as a different user?

I assume you are in a corporate network then? Does it work for other users?

If so you might want to ask your admin to do a repair on Office.

Yes to both questions, and I've done a repair/re-install of Office 2003. Any
idea what might be causing this problem. I can log onto other workstations
and it works fine, as well as have others log on to my workstation and it
works fine.

Are you using roaming profiles? If so it could be a corruption in your local
profile. Logon as an admin on your computer and rename your user folder to
..old. When you logon now your roaming profile will be reloaded.
