unable to download

when I try to download I get the message "unable to save
C://documen~1/owner/local....etc" usuallu ending in
a .exe file, it says cannot read source. Cann anyone tell
me how to fix this?
 
Hi!
Check the security level.If it is high ,lower it.
Also check:-
Open IE>Click Tools>Internet Options>Click the Security tab>click
Custom Level>Scroll down to File Download under Downloads.
Make sure it's set to Enable.
